Mortgage Refinancing

Until May 1st, 2019, retain our services and refinance your mortgage for a flat fee of $775 plus HST, including standard disbursements!

Mortgage brokers are welcome to contact us to negotiate discounted fees on behalf of their clients.

Please note that as the mortgagor you will also be responsible for the Registration Fees ($75.63 per registration) + Title Insurance applicable to your transaction.

The fees quoted above are for standard mortgage transactions of properties with up to 2 necessary discharges/payouts, involving one mortgage on title, no unforeseen complications, title issues, or changes to the mortgage commitment. Properties must be zoned as a single family residential home. For condominiums $100 will be added if your new lender requires a status certificate.

**A Standard Mortgage Refinance includes the refinancing of property with one mortgage held by an institutional lender to be discharged and up to 2 payouts. Additional payouts are charged to our fee. No liens, judgments against the mortgagee, unforeseen complications, title issues, or significant changes to the mortgage commitment/instructions. Additional searches or certificates required for your particular property will be charged to you to ensure title.
